ABOUT ME

Over the past sixteen years I have been working with people in all walks of life, empowering them and facilitating their own healing journey and enabling them to live life from a place of freedom and joy. My passion is helping individuals to realise their full potential and supporting them in shining with the light that is their own essence. Helping people to become who they truly are.

As a child I always had a desire to help others. I have spent much of my life as a musician and studied the piano and flute at the Royal Academy of Music in London and then subsequently went on to play chamber music, worked as an orchestral pianist and fulfilled many accompanying roles with various different soloists. I moved to Scotland in 1985 where I brought up my family of four boys, whilst continuing to perform and teach.

As well as pursuing my career as a musician I have always had an interest and strong belief in the power of alternative therapies and holistic healing which led me to go and explore this further. In 1999 I went to Napier University and completed a BSc in Complementary Therapies. I specialised in Aromatherapy and Therapeutic massage and graduated with a distinction and a thirst to investigate other healing modalities. So my journey began. I completed my Reiki training, 1, 2 and Master level and then went on to take the Journey Practitioner training course with Brandon Bays. I also completed my EFT training and took an IET diploma with EFT masters Sue Beer and Emma Roberts which involved studying Hypnotherapy and NLP and integrating these with my EFT skills. My most inspirational source of teachings, learning and self development has come from the Clairvision School of Meditation to which I became very committed in 2007, pursuing a daily meditation practice and then many years of training in using IST - Inner Space Techniques - exploring the spaces that emerge from the deep states of meditation.
