IST

A method to explore consciousness using meditative states and regression therapy.

Inner Space Techniques are designed to unlock deeply embedded emotional blockages (samskaras). Many of our limiting beliefs rest on past events and traumas that have created a strong emotional impact which then dictate how we approach life. Although these events are usually forgotten they still exert their influence through anxieties and fears.

IST resolves issues at their source resulting in emotional freedom, clarity and well-being. During a session you rediscover parts of yourself beyond belief systems, characters and personalities.

IST is empowering and helps you to achieve your highest potential, looking at core issues and exploring them with depth and integrity. These techniques were developed by Dr Samuel Sagan, founder of the Clairvision School of Meditation. The school teaches meditation to a very high level and always advocates direct experience over and above belief: ‘See for yourself - Know for yourself”.

You are not required to believe anything prior to a session just a willingness to open and delve into your own core issues that might be preventing you from being all you can be.

 

EFT

Emotional Freedom Techniques, otherwise known as “tapping”, is a very effective emotional management technique within the field of energy psychology. It is a physical form of acupuncture and involves tapping with your fingertips on the end points of certain meridian lines whilst focusing on the issue you want to work on. It is a technique that you can easily learn to use on yourself, and a great self-help tool to deal with stress, negative emotions and traumatic memories. It is excellent for eradicating phobias and limiting beliefs, as well as dealing with the many emotional aspects of our health and well-being.

 

How does it work? When we experience any traumatic events, this results in a disruption to the flow of energy throughout the body. When we tap on the end points of important meridian lines, whilst tuning into the specific event, this helps to clear any blockages that have been caused by the disruption to our system and results in creating more balance and restoring a flow in our energetic system.

 

The basics of this technique are simple to learn and an invaluable tool to aid in healing and resolving many physical and psychological health issues. I have a real passion for EFT and am continually amazed at the successful results that my clients experience as a result of using it. 

 

IET

I hold a diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques, having trained with EFT Masters, Sue Beer and Emma Roberts. This involves advanced level EFT together with NLP practitioner certification and Hypnotherapy. The subconscious mind influences us all in more ways than we realise and it’s important to align your subconscious mind in order to match your conscious intentions. Very often there’s a conflict without us even realising it and I aim to work with the client, using a variety of techniques so that we can explore and re-balance these conflicts that very often hold us back from being all we can be.
